Pillar 01
The connected recovery record
Daily check-ins from the patient's phone. Physician-reviewed. Structured the way carriers, attorneys, and case teams actually need to see it — built as it happens, not at the end.
About InjuryDox
Personal-injury recovery has been documented sideways for decades — reconstructed at deposition, scattered across providers, lost between visits. We're building the connective tissue that finally captures it as it actually happens.
Read why we exist →Three principles run through everything we do.
Physician-led, not algorithm-driven. A real medical group reviews the record. Care decisions stay with treating clinicians — not software.
Useful for everyone in the room. Patients, attorneys, doctors, and case teams each see the parts they need — and only those parts.
Privacy by workflow, not promise. Records move only with written authorization. No automatic sharing — ever.
Why we exist
Around seven million Americans are injured in accidents every year. Most of their actual recovery happens in places nobody is documenting — at home, on phones, in the small moments between visits. Pain at 2 a.m. doesn't make the chart. Sleep that hasn't come back doesn't make the chart. The day they couldn't pick up their kids doesn't make the chart.
For decades, the system has worked backward. Recovery gets reconstructed at deposition. Scattered records get compiled at demand. "How are you feeling?" gets asked at the wrong moment, by the wrong person, weeks after the moment that mattered. And the patient — already exhausted — gets asked to remember details that were already old.
We think recovery deserves to be recorded as it actually happens. Daily. Gently. By the patient. With a real physician reviewing what comes in. That's what we built. That's why we exist.
Recovery deserves to be recorded as it actually happens — not reconstructed two years later. That's the broken thing we're fixing
What we're building
It's not one product. It's a coordinated layer that helps every role around the patient do their part better — together.
Pillar 01
Daily check-ins from the patient's phone. Physician-reviewed. Structured the way carriers, attorneys, and case teams actually need to see it — built as it happens, not at the end.
Pillar 02
IDx Medical Group, P.C. — independent, physician-owned, distributed across our active states. The clinical layer that keeps judgment with clinicians, never software.
Pillar 03
Specialty practices, imaging centers, hospitals, ASCs, pharmacy, home health — the network that completes the journey when a patient needs more than recovery monitoring alone.
Pillar 04
Privacy by workflow, billing clarity, state-aware rollout, outcome-neutral communication. Built into the structure itself — not bolted on after.
Who's in this with us
We are not building this alone. The connective tissue only works if every role around the patient pulls in the same direction. Five lanes — plus a catch-all for everyone else.

If your work touches recovery in a way these five lanes don't capture — that's not a no. That's an invitation.
Leadership
InjuryDox™ is led by people from healthcare operations, clinical practice, product engineering, compliance, and personal-injury claims work. The mix is deliberate: building infrastructure for personal-injury recovery requires fluency in all of it. Detailed leadership and clinical-governance information is shared with professional partners, investors, and counsel under appropriate review.
Build with us
Patient, attorney, physician, partner, capital — there's a way in for everyone whose work touches the recovery journey.
