How it works

From download to daily check-in — five minutes.

Designed to fit around the care you're already getting — not replace it.

STEP 01

Get connected

Enroll through your doctor, your attorney, or by reaching out to us. No paperwork. Nothing due up front.

STEP 02

Daily check-in

One minute a day. The questions adapt to your recovery — pain, sleep, mobility, work, logged from home in plain language.

STEP 03

Physician review

A real physician regularly reviews your check-ins — and connects you to specialists if you need them.

STEP 04

Records on your terms

One organized recovery record — yours to share or not. Nothing moves without your written OK.

What you'll track

We capture the film.

"Your doctor sees you for 15 minutes. Maybe once a month."

Between those visits, your recovery keeps happening — now it's on the record. Pain. Sleep. Mobility. Mood. Focus. Work function. A check-in that listens: each day's questions follow what you report — new symptoms get explored, active ones get followed until they're fully documented. Designed on the principles of Rehabilitation Medicine: recovery measured in what you can do.

Not a summary written after the fact. The recovery itself, on record, every single day.

Information for attorneys

We don't build it for the case. We build it for the recovery — and that's the whole difference.

No procurement. No integration. No workflow change.

Real questions, plainly answered

Questions, answered.

How long do I track?

Most patients track through their active recovery — typically a few weeks to a few months. You decide when to stop.

Does my regular doctor still see me?

Yes. InjuryDox sits between visits, not in place of them. Your orthopedist, PT, chiropractor, or other providers continue as before.

Who pays?

Your care is billed to you — the patient — by the independent physician group that delivers it, like any medical care. What's different is the financing: when your care depends on an accident claim, a medical lien can let care happen now and settle later. In some states, coverage you already have — like auto medical-payments or PIP — may pay first. Nothing is due up front, and before care begins you receive the billing arrangement for your state and situation in writing.

Where does my data go?

Your records stay yours. Nothing moves to your firm, your insurer, or anyone else without your written OK first.

What if I want to stop?

Stop anytime. No contract, no penalty. Whatever you've already tracked is still yours.

That's not a better chart note. That's a new kind of care.

Start your recovery story today.

Five minutes to enroll. One minute a day to track. A clearer record when you need it.
